Big weekend and everyone rocked it. Props to all of you who wore the colors this weekend. Landrun 50/100, Shamrox, and Frozen Waffles for the amateurs. For the Pros, Campeche MX 70.3 season opener for Danielle Dingman, where she came in 7th for another top ten finish.

Land Run 100 mile gravel race

• Dathan Atchison wins the race within the race - 1st SWMO finisher
• Cynthia Bradley - 2nd AG
• Toby Dogwiler - 2nd overall in 50 mile bike
• Sarah Waterman - 4th female in 50k run
• Lots of PR's and a big showing by SBC

ShamRox

• Kristen Briglia - Overall female winner 5k
• Mike Still - 1st in AG
• Clinton Petty - 1st in AG 5k
• Pam Sailors - 1st in AG 15k
• Ruth Olson - 1st in AG 15k

Beer Mile

• Nicole Fleming - 1st overall female
• Gary Shaw - 2nd overall male

Freeway 5k

This Week

• Tuesday - TuNR - starting as close to 5:30 pm as possible for March
• Wednesday - Morning Run
• Thursday - TNR - starting as close to 5:30 pm as possible for March
• Saturday - Show and Go ride - 8:30 am
• Team reward this week. When an active SBC Athlete wins, every active SBC athlete wins. All active SBC athletics 2019 card carrying members get a free beer at SBC if presented between 5 pm Sun - 5 pm Friday.
