• Wednesday - 5th Annual July 4th Bolivar out and back
• Thursday - TNR 
• Thursday - SWMO Ultra Runners - Sac River Trail 5:30 pm (4 loops or as many as you want at your pace)
• Saturday - 200K to Golden City - 4th time is a charm Weekly Saturday is first 25miles and back

• Team Reward this week. When an active SBC Athlete wins, every active SBC athlete wins. All active SBC athletics 2019 card carrying members get a free beer at SBC if presented between 5 pm Sun - 5pm Friday.
