Weekly Update 7/19/21

Celebrating athletic achievement that betters ourselves, our teammates, and our community.

Shout out to the SBCA running community. They were out in full force over the weekend winning races and hitting personal records!

It has been a while since we offered PEDAL Industries SBC kit bags. No minimum order number is required.  The pro bag is the newest bag offered by PEDAL Industries. You can also get your name added to it for customization. There is also now a "changing poncho" that is offered on the website.

Today is the day that you get a 10% discount on electronics and a 15% discount on in-store products at Fleet Feet Springfield for SBC athletics. Just mention that you are a Springfield Brewing Co Athlete to receive the discount.

The Railcar Root Beer youth ride is in full swing! Even with rain that was in the forecast, we had almost 20 riders this past Saturday.  Pactimo youth and adult cycling kits are now available. The team store will be open July 9th – July 23rd. The estimated ship date is September 6th. Youth sizing ranges from 8-14 for cycling. Unfortunately, there are no youth sizes for running singlets, but they go all the way down to an XXS. (Fit charts and video links to help with fit issues in the team store.) Link to teams store here

Many of you have asked if the SBC Railcar Root Beer is available to buy. The answer is YES but it is only available on Saturday at the Farmers Market.

This Sunday is the Olympic Road Race Ride and Watch Party. The ride will start at noon and will be a 20-mile loop starting and finishing at Springfield Brewing Company. Watch party starts at 1:15 in the Beerhall. First, we will watch the men’s road race and then the women’s race.

Is anyone going to Ragbrai in Iowa this year? We may have some beer that needs to be transported there. Plus, there may be some beer in it for you. Please email stephs090386@gmail.com if you have you will be going to Ragbrai.

Continuing items of importance:
