All the news that is news and other important stuff. Not a lot going on with the racing front due to the weather, but I do believe that Brad Wright did an MTB race this past weekend. The Bike Shop core team met last week and discussed strategies for the following season of getting the less advantaged folks in Springfield on bicycles. Volunteer opportunities are coming. Look for more news on this as it develops.
Please remember, any time you are in SBC gear, you are representing the club and SBC. Please always be courteous and refrain from any altercations.
Kit Stores
Kit stores open until midnight, Sat, Feb 2.
We are also getting redesigned socks by DeFeet. They are the Cyclismo 6" model. There will be 73 pairs available about the time the kits are shipped and will be approximately $10 a pair.

- Travelling Trivia Night on Saturday, February 23 @ SBC is a big fund raiser for the Fairbanks Bike Shop. Jason Holland, a long time SBC member and his brother are putting it on. This is a fun way to raise money for your community. Book/reserve your table (8 players per table). We really should have a cyclists’ table, runner’s table, triathlete’s table. The winning team will receive world class beer (and root beer, if necessary) prizes.
