Weekly Update 3/29/2021

Celebrating athletic achievement that betters ourselves, our teammates and our community.

Lots going on these days. Here's an event we want all members to be aware of from our friends at 37 NorthNews item , Event Link. Hearing more than rumors that a local favorite on the Triathlon circuit is making a comeback- Concreteman if you hadn't guessed. A local Oly (and sprint) distance race back in town. Good news for our triathlete community. Rachel Baker knocked out hundo #6 with some SBCA team mates as support. Group rides are now back in full swing. Check the SBCA Events on Facebook for more information. Who says running isn't a team sport? Race results below. We'll be opening the kit store again in May if need or want any SBCA kit or accessories.

Continuing items of importance;

Look for the Classic Beer Mile on the regular. It will be coming up every 3rd Saturday of the month. The next one will be April 17th. Tell your beer drinking/running friends. Also look for new and better prizes! Information below in "Upcoming".

Are you and a bunch of teammates headed to a big event? An Ultra, a big gravel race, triathlon or volunteering for a trail workday? Wouldn't some SBC beer afterwards be refreshing? Would you like to take along some SBC Brews to share? Contact Neil. He will hook you up.

Join SLACK . It really is the best way to keep in touch with teammates and to coordinate group activities.

SBC Bar tape is finally in and available again. If you ordered a set, you can pick it up at the front desk at SGB- $25 cash only.

If you would like commemorative brick to celebrate an athletic milestone, get in touch with Neil. These are really cool and stand as a lasting reminder of your epic achievement.
